A great way to minimize coffee table clutter is with a tray for remote controls. I recently gave ours a facelift using some leftover paint from my dresser redo and some pretty green patterned paper I had in the craft room. I gave the tray a fresh coat of white paint, painted the inside silver, decoupaged the paper in the center, and coated the whole thing with polyurethane. It makes a pretty place to keep remotes, coasters and my table topics questions close at hand.
