Mango Peach Iced Tea: Good Enough to Impress a Southern Bell!

Photobucket

My good friend and boss (yes you read that correctly), Lori, and her daughter stopped over yesterday afternoon for a visit and had a glass of Mango Peach Iced Tea, lemon cupcakes and fresh strawberries. Lori, a real Southern bell, was so impressed with my iced tea that she called me from the store today to find out what tea I used and how I made it. I really like this tea, but didn't know it was good enough to warrant a grocery store shout out from a Junior League member. I'm so proud, I thought I'd share my little concoction with you too!

3 tea bags - Lipton brand white tea bags with island mango and peach
1 cup of sugar
1 pitcher of water

Fill a tea kettle with water and bring it to a boil, remove from heat, add the tea bags and let it steep for 10 or 15 min. Pour sugar into the pitcher. Add hot tea and stir to dissolve sugar. Fill pitcher with cold water. Stir and serve over ice.
Enjoy!
